Breakage and Damage
We understand that accidents happen, and that they can result in breakage or damage to property or attached equipment. We ask that you report any incidents immediately so that we can repair the damage as soon as possible and assess the possible cost to you.
We reserve the right to charge you for the actual cost of any damage found, or the cost of replacing missing items. However, we will be practical about the application of this rule and consider each incident on a case-by-case basis.
Please do not remove anything from the property. If you do take something by accident, you must notify us immediately preferably by email, and return the item to the property quickly at your own expense.
Minor incidents
We try to do our best to ensure that everything is in order in the flats, however it is possible that during your stay there may be minor incidents (e.g. a faulty light bulb or dead batteries in the remote control, etc.), we ask for your cooperation so that we can promptly resolve any minor problems that may occur during your stay. We also ask for your willingness to understand that we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to solve every problem in a timely manner, everything depends on the type of fault, despite our desire not to create inconvenience.
Utilities
In the event of a partial, intermittent or serious failure in the supply of a utility, please inform us immediately of the problem so that we can report it to the appropriate supply company and attempt a speedy solution.
However, the provision of such utilities is beyond our control and even after reporting the failure to the utility company, restoration may not be possible in a timely manner.
Cookers and other gas appliances
Please use any gas appliance with caution, as a small distraction could cause a big problem. In particular, always make sure that the cooker is turned off after use and that there is no gas leakage, and always check before going to bed. When gas is on, children must be supervised at all times.
If you hear any strange smells or noises, report them immediately.
