Bed linen and towels
The apartments are delivered with bed linen and towels to be used for the entire duration of the stay. The supply is included in the price paid at the time of booking. If you wish, you can request a change of linen at an additional cost. We ask you to use the bed linen and towels in such a way as not to damage or permanently stain them, this would oblige us to buy them new and charge you for the cost. An example of indelible stains are those caused by self-tanning creams.
Housekeeping
Upon arrival: the apartments are handed over clean and tidy. Cleaning is not carried out during your stay, however you can request this service at an additional cost.
Upon departure: the apartments must be left tidy and with a commonly used level of dirt, in particular it is requested to leave the kitchen tidy and clean and to empty the rubbish. In the event that additional cleaning is required as the apartment is returned particularly dirty and untidy, we will have to evaluate the charge of an additional cost for the restoration in addition to the 35 euro fee already paid for final cleaning.
Utilities
All normal consumption of water, gas and electricity are included in the price paid for the reservation. However, in the event that "anomalous" consumption beyond the standards of normal diligence occurs, the cost of the greater consumption will be charged. This is a simple safeguard against inconveniences that may occur, such as leaving a water tap running all day, etc.
Animals
We understand the love for our animal friends, however for management and space reasons we prefer not to accept animals in our apartments, of any size.
Beds
The apartments can only be used by the number of people indicated in the booking. We will be forced to deny access to guests who do not respect this rule, and to charge an extra cost for each person in addition to the permitted number.
Other Rules and Measures that we invite you to respect:
- smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
- it is not allowed to throw objects or materials into the drainage systems that could clog the pipes (for example: absorbents in the toilet, or waste in the sink, etc.)
- guests must use the apartments solely for holiday purposes, the exercise of any profession or commercial activity is prohibited
- subletting even just one room is prohibited
- it is not allowed to organize parties inside the apartments
