I am a yacht captain, and I have always had the dream of creating a bed & breakfast in the family home where I grew up. Finally in 2017 I was able to create these apartments that I used as holiday homes. This is not a bed and breakfast but it comes very close, so I think my dream has come true.
For the management I make use of trusted collaborators, we are a close-knit staff of women only.

The apartments are delightful, renovated with love, furnished in a marine style and equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning and wifi, the two-room apartment has a toilet for the disabled and ground floor access suitable for wheelchairs. I have called them Captain, Sailor and Pirate, all characters who represent aspects of the sea that I have always been in love with.
CAPITANO , is the apartment on the first floor because it is in the highest position from which you can monitor everything that happens on board and in the surrounding waters. The Captain is essential to steer a ship.
MARINAIO , is the studio flat on the ground floor, because it is a refuge, where the tired sailor can rest after the hard work of navigation, yes, because the sea is demanding, it requires constant work and concentration, and at the end of the day it is necessary to rest .
PIRATA , the two-room apartment, because it represents that part of a mysterious adventure that holds wonderful surprises but at the same time can turn into a terrible experience.
The idea that other people from all over the world can share this little corner of paradise, where life still has human and natural rhythms, gladdens my heart.
