In this section you will find an indication of the rates applied and our booking conditions, however it is always advisable to ask for a tailor-made offer based on your needs since there may be more favorable conditions that are not advertised.

Note:
>> the rental prices are per night for the entire apartment
>> final cleaning costs are mandatory, they are charged only once for the entire stay
Bail:
a deposit of 200 euros per apartment per stay is required to cover any damage that may occur.
Services included:
>> The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels to be used for the entire duration of the stay. It is possible to request the change of linen during the stay at an additional cost.
>> Initial cleaning (the apartment is delivered clean, no other cleaning service is included during the stay), it is possible to request the cleaning of the apartment during the stay at an additional cost.
>> Final cleaning, although included in the sale price, it should be noted that the apartment must in any case be left tidy and with a level of dirt normally used, in particular the kitchen must be left clean and tidy as on arrival.
>> Consumption of water, gas and electricity (normal consumption of utilities is included according to standard parameters, any excessive consumption above the norm will be charged)
>> Disposal of waste, inside the apartment there are bins and instructions for separate collection which must be done with care, any penalties due to incorrect collection will be charged to the customer
>> Air conditioning
>> Free WiFi
>> Street parking (during the high season we provide a pass to park in the restricted traffic area for one vehicle)
Reservation confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment of the amount agreed in the offer sent by email from info.sacaletta@gmail.com
Payments
We accept payments in cash, by credit card of the visa or mastercard circuit, and by bank transfer. In any case, the payment methods established in the booking confirmation must be respected on time and in the manner, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed by us in writing by email.
Cancellation conditions
During the months of July and August:
>> if the cancellation is received more than 30 calendar days before the check-in date we will refund the entire amount already paid
>> if the cancellation is received within 30 calendar days before check-in, no amount already paid will be refunded
During the other periods:
>> if the cancellation is received more than 15 calendar days before the check-in date we will refund the entire amount already paid
>> if the cancellation is received within 15 calendar days before check-in, no amount already paid will be returned
Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation penalties.
